Olives land fund needs your help

Since 2009, GVI Mombasa project have been supporting Olives Rehabilitation Centre by providing free teaching support from dedicated volunteers from all over the world.

Olives are committed to reaching the goal of one day being self-sufficient by generating their own income and not having to rely on financial aid.

Thanks to generous donations, through GVI Charitable Trust, from volunteers and friends of the project, a considerable amount to date has been raised and we are nearly there!

In August 2012, Olives rental contract will end. GVI are keen to support Olives in buying their own plot of land this year, meaning that they will never have to worry about finding donations to cover their monthly rent payment, freeing up funds to invest in education and/or feeding programmes.

Please spread the word and let's see if we can reach this goal in 2012!!
