First Aiders in Precious
Following the successful introduction of first aiders at Olives School I was asked to use the same model and have first aid students at Precious. 6 students were chosen from Standard 4, 5 and 6, and given the title of ‘Precious Vision First Aiders’
The kids are all taking their new title very seriously and are pleased to be given this responsible role for their school.We have initially taught the students basic life support and wound care but it is hoped that they can continue to have regular sessions in various aspects of first aid.
It is amazing to see how competent they have become in such a short period of time – I’m so proud of them all!
