Dentist visits Precious and Olives

Last week the children at both Precious Vision Care Centre and Olives Rehabilitation Centre enjoyed a visit from Dip Malde who has recently trained to be a dentist in London.

Dip was home visiting family in Mombasa and spent a couple of days at school spending time in each class discussing the importance of dental health and also spent time with our adult education class.

It was a hands on experience for everyone as Dip bought along some plaster moulds and the students proudly displayed their teeth brushing technique.

It was an important educational activity which was fun for all. We would all like to thank Dip for his time and would love to see him back at school anytime he's in town.
